▶A: the main dj project will be available as a physical & digital zine. physical merch will be sold as well. there will be a free-to-download digital only side project focused on odsp content.

▶A: typically, in fanculture, this term refers to a collection of fanfiction & fanart bound in a book, often available with digital and/or physical fan-made merchandise.
▷what kind of zine experience does the host have?
▶A: they are currently leading the ORV Cookbook zine and have other experience modding several other zines as well, you may check them [here].
▷how will payment be handled?
▶A: funds after production & shipment/fulfillment will be donated to charity.
▷which charity do you plan to donate to?
▶A: undecided as of yet, but it will likely be an organization listed as in-need closer to sales time from charity navigator's list with a +90% rating. approximate timeframe for charity confirmation is summer 2024.
▷where will physical products be shipped from?
▶A: the USA, specifically FL.
▷will contributors receive a free copy of the zine and merch?
▶A: ideally, yes! it depends on the volume of preorders. if volume is low, the zine & merch will come at no cost, but contributors will need to pay shipping fees to receive a bundle.
▷how many contributors do you plan to accept?
▶A: for the main project (physical zine & merch), with a goal of 120+ pages, we will likely accept around 5-7 authors & 40 illustrators. final numbers depend on volume of applications.for the side odsp project, there will be a hard cap on 55 applicants - 15 writers & 40 artists - but applications will essentially be in open rotation.

▶A: potential contributors must be 18 or older.
▷what will the application process look like?
▶A: for potential moderators, you can check out the guidelines [here] for more information.for potential artists & writers, guidelines with more information will be posted soon. in general, you will need to be prepared with a portfolio showcasing your work in your intended style. (fanfiction, illustration, comics, merch, etc.)
▷with regards to content guidelines, what is the policy for potential contributors? is fully explicit content required?
▶A: fully explicit content is not required, but it is welcome and allowed. content can be censored or "fade to black" if preferred. the characters can even keep their clothes on, as long as spiciness is implied.
▷Can you provide more clarity on the suggestive/explicit requirements for artist & writer applications?

▷what does the collaboration process look like?
▶A: writers who are accepted into the project will be required to pitch their ideas. artists will then be allowed to choose which idea they would like to illustrate.
▷do you plan to check IDs for buyers/supporters?
